The stillness will allow you to decipher what is real – see beyond the superficial – avoid trying to be something you’re not – chasing every sparkly new thing.  Transformation is and will occur.  Co-create with spirit rather than ego to ensure the transformation serves your highest good.

Give your mind a rest.  You can NOT think your way through this.  You must experience your way through.  How do you want to feel?  What activity could manifest those feelings…Do that!  Create, exercise, meditate.  FEEL into the change rather than trying to think your way through it.

The stillness will let you move through these situations with more awareness and; therefore, with an ability to choose more intentionally how you will respond – rather than react.  All part of the transformative process occurring.  We can NOT control much, but we can control how we respond, how we build/reinforce/live from our perspective of self and others/world.  Be still, connect, surrender and accept so you can choose and co-create mindfully.
