Starting up my own Reiki/Holistic Healing Practice is like living a waking dream.  I have been in the field of counseling, specifically Social Work, for approximately 15 years.  I have my MSW (Master of Social Work, 2007) and am licensed to practice Social Work in both Colorado (LCSW) and Massachusetts (LICSW).  I have worked with diverse populations, including women, children, families and adults.  Some of the presenting problems included: addiction, abuse/neglect, criminal involvement, school truancy/issues, unemployment, homelessness, anxiety, depression and anger management.  I am currently a Certified Reiki II Practitioner and will be a Reiki Master by the end of November, 2015.  I enjoy using essential oils and am a Young Living Essential Oils Consultant.  I have been attending women, spiritual, empowerment retreats/events/trainings for the past 10 years.  I have attended/hosted red tents and am a Priestess Path graduate (a yearlong women’s mystery school, 2011-2012).  I believe in a mind, body, spirit approach to healing, awakening, enlightening and empowering.  I believe the best way to connect to self and others is from a heart-centered, light-filled, grounded in spirit, loving place.  I have utilized tapping, EFT (emotional freedom technique), meditation, yoga, ritual, cards, pendulums, labyrinths, smudging, essential oils, crafting, dance, medicine wheels, sweat lodges and nature as means to clear, connect, heal and teach/counsel/empower.  I believe life is a spiritual journey and desire to keep my heart wide open…always.

My Reiki practice has been developing for 20+ years.  I practiced on myself, untrained and uncertified for many years.  When finances and opportunities united, I gifted myself with the opportunity to train and become certified.  The divine timing of these trainings allowed for a spiritual integration through active practice between levels. Practicing Reiki is a humbling opportunity to connect with others in a divine and intentional manner. Acting as a conduit for Source, Spirit, God healing/LOVE/light energy is an honor and privilege. While we all hold this ability within us, sometimes the best path to healing is to receive. It would be an honor and privilege to answer your soul’s request to receive and provide you with a Reiki session(s).
